Fast Weight Loss Diet Secrets
Are you looking for a fast weight loss diet? If you are, chances are you are looking for a shortcut to losing weight. There are diets that can help you lose weight in a hurry. Those diets are usually severe and very difficult to follow. Also, diets that cause a really rapid weight loss can be hazardous to your health if followed for too long a period of time. The body is extremely adaptable so diets that don’t provide the proper nutrition often backfire because the body goes into starvation mode and any quick weight loss gains are erased just as quickly.
So how do we get the body to lose weight without going into starvation mode and storing everything we eat? The answer is simply by varying your diet so that the body does not become accustomed to any one approach. Confuse the body with a varying weight loss diet. Here’s an example of what we mean. On one day, you could eliminate all the carbohydrate from your diet. Go with high protein and a little fat. This is an example of the Atkins Diet. He advocates no more than 20 grams of carbohydrate per day for the first two weeks of his diet. You can take a page from his book and start off with that approach. Remember, don’t let your body get accustomed to any particular diet. Switch off to keep the body off balance.
Once you have started to lose weight, keep mixing it up. If you picked the low carbohydrate fast weight loss diet, throw your body a curve ball by interjecting a fruit day. The body won’t have time to adjust to the sudden loss of protein and the addition of fruit sugars in one day. The result will be your weight loss will keep moving along nicely.
